Description of problem:

The default background wallpaper image for Fedora 28 KDE Live is the same as it was in Fedora 27. This does not comply with the release criteria "The default desktop background must be different from that of the last two stable releases.)" for Fedora and thus is a blocker.

In the system, I can see the following packages:

f27-backgrounds-base-27.0.1-3.fc28.noarch
f27-backgrounds-kde-27.0.1-3.fc28.noarch
f28-backgrounds-base-28.1.0-1.fc28.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the Fedora 28 KDE Live

Actual results:

The desktop wallpaper image is the same as it was in the previous release.

Expected results:

The desktop wallpaper image should be the same as in the Fedora Workstation 28.

Additional info:

The f27-backgrounds-kde has the following dependencies in the system, so it may be advocated that it is needed, but it seems like f28-backgrounds-kde should be also installed at least, or the f27-backgrounds packages should be changed to f28-backgrounds packages. Those packages are built in Koji.

Proposed as a Blocker for 28-final by Fedora user lruzicka using the blocker tracking app because:

 This bug breaks the release criteria for Fedora 28, because the desktop wallpaper image does not differ from the previous ones.

The KDM wallpaper (the login screen) is fine.

It's SDDM, not KDM.

That's odd, thought I'd checked this a while back and it was right. But looking at openQA for today, indeed, the KDE desktop background is still the F27 one...

Looks like the package that needs to be updated here is kde-settings, and it *has* been, but not sent to Bodhi:

The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedBlocker was made as it violates the following blocker criteria:

"The default desktop background must be different from that of the last two stable releases"
