Version 0.11.0 gets installed.

Expected results:
Current version gets installed.

To be more precisely, Fedora currently has LXQt version 0.11.1 in repository.

Not really. All the related bugs are closed, as I mentioned by email, we still need

1. lxqt-theme* not in Fedora yet
2. lxqt-common should be un-grouped from LxQT Desktop since Fedora 29.

No, at least I haven't send them.

As I have to finish some other packages for F29 before dev freeze, I don't think I can figure out enough time for them.

Meanwhile, @lupinix have his initial work in pagure
