Build log

libreport fails to build from source on the f29-python side tag (used to bootstrap python 3.7), due to ambiguous invocation of the 'python' command, in two places:

1) During make install, which can be fixed in the same manner as bug 1589314

2) During %check where a hardcoded shell command is running from src/lib/ureport.c [0]

Attaching the build log with 1) only fixed.
