Description of problem:

Change in glibc 2.28 (available in Rawhide for some months) breaks older gnulib. Gnulib was fixed back in March, but projects needs to bump gnulib commit they use.

NOTE: gnulib package in Rawhide is also out-of-date. Ticket for that is here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1595702
