Tellico package currently in fedora is very out of date, no new package
updates in close to 2 years.  Please upgrade the tellico package to version 3.1.2

this is the 2nd attempt to get the package maintainer to respond if they are going to continue to maintain this package or is MIA.

The issue that has take me some time is that tellico now uses the kf5 framework, that is more detailed than the previous kde3 based.

So the main issue here is to update the spec file to add the necessary BuildRequires fields. Any help is welcome.

In my experience after this initial effort most updates are almost immediate. :-)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.
