Description of problem:
Rawhide has newer snapshots than F-29, despite the F-29 is still not a stable release.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
clang-7.0.0-0.2.rc1.fc29.x86_64
clang-7.0.0-0.6.rc2.fc30.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
rpm -q clang

Actual results:
F-29 has older snapshot as Rawhide.

Expected results:
F-29 has the same snapshot as Rawhide.

Additional info:
F-29 has been branched from Rawhide and now it needs separate builds + Bodhi.
F-29 clang has no Bodhi entry so far.
Curiously clang-7.0.0-0.2.rc1 was built for both F-29 and Rawhide but later releases have been built only for Rawhide.
