Additional info:
Printer is a Samsung CLX-6260FW. It has been refusing to print in colour for a few weeks now but is now not printing at all. The printer works fine in Windows and this problem has only occurred after some updates to CUPS yesterday 13th September 2018. Problem occurs on two separate machines both running Fedora 28.

I have the same issue. An HP 2055dn. Graphics don't print. And long documents now only print the first few pages. Printing worked fine last week.

after more poking around, it seems my printing issue is related to the ghostscript update. Downgrading ghostscript to 9.23-1 allows me to print as normal again.

Yes this appears to work. However, I cannot print in colour. This has been an issue for some time, and must have happened after a previous update. I don't recall the exact date this happened but I believe it to be around 23rd April. It wasn't reported then as I was unaware of the procedure.

Same problem here.
I confirm that downgrading ghostscript from 9.24-1 to 9.23-1 solves the printing issue.
