Description of problem: The user interface of Blender is missing almost all buttons and menus.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
blender.x86_64 1:2.79b-7.fc29


How reproducible:
Install Blender on Fedora 29.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install blender
2. blender


Actual results:
User interface appears to be mostly blank.


Expected results:
User interface was expected to appear correctly.


Additional info:
Using proprietary NVidia drivers on X11, as this laptop does not function well with Nouveau.

This bug is a known issue related to incompatibility towards python 3.7. See attached report after closing this one as a duplicate.
