Description of problem:
After upgrading to Fedora 29 I have noticed that I can no longer use mockchain. It fails with posix_spawn avoided errors.

mock-1.4.13-1.fc29.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $ mockchain -r fedora-29-x86_64  ../itstool/itstool-2.0.5-0.fc30.src.rpm gnumeric-1.12.42-2.fc30.src.rpm

Actual results:

I confirm this error. It comes from createrepo_c. And can be actually reproduced just creatrepo_c.

And it is already reported.
