Gnome-sound-recorder crashes when trying to play recorded file.

This bug persists in gnome-sound-recorder-3.28.1-4.fc29.

Tried to use this today and exhibit the same exact error. I'm also using gnome-sound-recorder-3.28.1-4.fc29
