Description of problem:
Package libyui-bindings fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide/F30. It fails because mono-4.8.0-17.fc30 is not built for ppc64le.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.2-15.fc30

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f31 libyui-bindings-1.1.2-15.fc30.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.

This package built fine during the Fedora 31 mass rebuild, even on ppc64le.
