Description of problem: Collaboration between multiple machines within Sugar is broken in Fedora 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.112


How reproducible: 100% reproducible. 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Neighborhood view on Machine/VM1, by pressing F1 when within SoaS
2. go to Neighborhood view on Machine/VM2, by pressing F1 when within SoaS
3. observe no other machines shown, when the other should be.

Actual results:
No neighbors shown/autodiscovered

Expected results:
Neighbor info should be shown


Additional info:
This is fixed with Sugar 0.113, so Sugar 0.113 needs to be packaged and built.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 30-final by Fedora user pbrobinson using the blocker tracking app because:

 The Sugar testers reported that Collaboration was completely broken in Fedora 30 (way too late IMO) but this update is self contained to Sugar and means we'll actually ship something that works OOTB which is quite critical since quite a few users consume the LiveCD directly.

For me, unfortunately, the update did not work, because it broke my Sugar installation.
Procedure:
- Install clean system (Workstation Live)
- Group install Sugar (dnf groupinstall "Sugar Desktop Environment")
- The version 112 is installed and could be used.
- Upgrade to the suggested version (dnf update --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2019-98a501f843) and I got the new version (according to dnf)
- After reboot, I cannot log in.

Please make sure you have the latest updates, there's newer builds of sugar/sugar-toolkit-gtk3 that might not have made it to mirrors yet
