Description of problem:
I upgraded successfully from fc29 to fc30.
Then trying to install mscore is

by 

sudo dnf install mscore


But this was rejected by

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides qt5-qtbase(x86-64) = 5.11.3 needed by mscore-2.2.1-8.fc30.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)
