omniORB 4.2.3-3.fc31 fails to build with Python 3.8:

RPM build errors:
    File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/omniORB-4.2.3-3.fc31.x86_64/usr/lib64/libomniZIOP4.so.2*
    File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/omniORB-4.2.3-3.fc31.x86_64/usr/lib64/libomniZIOPDynamic4.so.2*

The failure might not be related to Python 3.8.

Was caused by a missing BR: zlib-devel, fix committed and build submitted.
