Proposed as a Blocker for 31-final by Fedora user lnie using the blocker tracking app because:

 This bug seems violates the criteria:
The installer must be able to use all supported local and remote package and installer sources.

Hmm, 20190827 compose is borked ( https://pagure.io/releng/failed-composes/issue/76 ), so I'd expect there can be issues because of that. It doesn't make too much sense to test DOOMED composes imo. 

@lnie you can see failed composes here (FINISHED_INCOMPLETE is okay, just some images are missing in that case): https://pagure.io/releng/failed-composes
