Description of problem:

Description explains it well.

If I click on the right hand icon at bar end, sound can be disabled. There is no way to reenable it with a alternate click as the slider (round zipper icon) is missing.   Version of Fedora 31  2019-09-09

This is a dupe of Bug 1750533. firefox-69.0-5 should fix that (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=37604373).
