I just noticed a missing step

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox, go to linuxfr.org , click on the top bar (right to home button, left of adress bar for example)
2. start terminal, keep it in focused, foreground
3. try to scroll a firefox page with ff not focused but the cursor over the page content
