Description of problem:
Cannot install isrcsubmit - dependency missing

receive the following when trying to install:
 - nothing provides python3.7dist(discid) >= 1.0.0 needed by isrcsubmit-2.1.0-1.fc30.noarch

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
