Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing firewalld from using the 'sys_nice' capabilities.

You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:

Thank you for reporting the issue. This bug seems to reproduce only if accountsservice is installed and running. Are you aware of any functionality issues in firewalld service?
