Description of problem:

mpris-scrobbler, a user daemon to submit currently playing song to LastFM, LibreFM, ListenBrainz, requires work to port to s390x. It is currently ExcludeArch on this architecture.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
