Description Brandon Nielsen 2020-08-20 19:55:23 UTC
Description of problem: In a dual monitor setup, when Firefox is full screen on the left monitor, folders in the bookmarks menu are not placed correctly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Observed across multiple versions.

How reproducible: Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Customize the toolbar so the bookmarks menu is available, if necessary, add bookmark folder
3. Maximize Firefox on the left monitor
4. Open bookmarks menu
5. Open bookmark folder

Actual results: Folder placement is inconsistent, and often unusable.

Expected results: Folder appears in open space on the left monitor.

Additional info: This is with a Wayland session. I will add attachments showing the described behavior.
