When I report a bug, I can't open the reported by clicking on it. The error message say:

> Can't open url '0h=cOV': Operation not supported

FEDORA-2020-38caae6ffb has been pushed to the Fedora 33 testing repository.
In short time you'll be able to install the update with the following command:
`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2020-38caae6ffb`

+4 votes in https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/188 , marking accepted - obviously it'd be nice to fix this for lives. Unfortunately we already did the RC, so this won't get in unless we need to do another for some blocker-y reason.
