Description of problem:
metacity is failling to build in F34 Fedora Rawhide.
We noticed this first in ELN, but scratch builds showed that it is failling in Rawhide as well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
metacity-3.36.1-2.fc34

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg clone metacity ; cd metacity
2. fedpkg build --scratch
3.

Actual results:
Fails to build.

Expected results:
Builds correctly.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle.
Changing version to 34.
