Description Ian Pilcher 2021-03-08 20:35:50 UTC
I have a USB-connected Epson "Perfection 1650" flatbed scanner that has worked with XSane for 10+ years. After updating to sane-backends 1.0.32-2.fc33, the scanner is still recognized (as an Epson GT-8200 as always) but any attempt to scan a document results in an error, "Failed to start scanner: Operation not supported."

Downgrading sane-backends and related packages back to 1.0.31-2.fc33 restores the functionality.
