Description Ondrej Dubaj 2021-03-25 12:57:38 UTC
Your package fails to build with the newest upcoming autoconf-2.71, which is part of a wide Fedora change. Please see the attached copr: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/odubaj/autoconf-2.70/packages/. More information about testing your package when building with autoconf available here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Autoconf_271#How_To_Test

Comment 1 Orion Poplawski 2021-04-05 01:07:50 UTC
Appears to be more of an issue with binutils 2.36. Upstream should have a fix coming shortly.

Comment 2 Ondrej Dubaj 2021-04-12 07:22:50 UTC
Gentle ping.

Comment 3 Orion Poplawski 2021-04-13 02:38:12 UTC
Is this blocking anything at the moment? If so, I can apply the fix. Otherwise I would just as soon wait for upstream to make a new release.

Comment 4 Ondrej Dubaj 2021-04-13 05:35:42 UTC
No need to hurry, new upstream release supporting autoconf-2.71 is the best option, as we are aiming this change to f36. Thanks for clarifying.
