Description Dan Horák 2021-04-12 13:48:33 UTC
This is a place-holder for an update in GA to at least kernel-5.11.12-300.fc34 to include fixes for 64k page size in the amdgpu driver, fixing https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/1549

Comment 2 Fedora Blocker Bugs Application 2021-04-12 13:51:55 UTC
Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 34-final by Fedora user sharkcz using the blocker tracking app because:

An updated kernel >= 5.11.12 will provide amdgpu fixes for ppc64le.

Comment 3 František Zatloukal 2021-04-12 17:41:03 UTC
Discussed during the 2021-04-12 blocker review meeting: [1]

The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedFreezeException was made:

"We are a bit worried about a potential intel wifi issue, but there seems to be only one outlying upstream report and no Fedora reports. 5.11.12 is going stable for F32 and F33. so pulling it into F34 for this and other fixes seems reasonable."
