Description of problem:
It was catched first by Ubuntu. Maptolower and maptoupper tables are missing 'w' and 'W' characters. Result changes any name expanding in wildcard to wrong name and expansion fails.

Preproducer in ISC issue link, this bug exists just to contain links to upstream issue.
