Description of problem:
With the pending changeover to profiles[1], there isn't a good way to distinguish between live and non-live installer mode configuration.

While this is being filed in Fedora (because that's where the change is happening), this is an issue because the CentOS Hyperscale SIG is building live media using a variant (CentOS Stream Hyperscale) as well as install media. We need a way to be able to declare this configuration with the new profiles setup.
