Description of problem:

Unable to install HP Deskjet D4160 printer in LINUX.

No match for USB device:
  mfr "HP"
  model "Deskjet D4100 series"
  desc "C9068A"
  cmdset "LDL,DYN"

NOTE: This is on a dual-boot machine. Linux/Windows XP. Printer works fine in
XP. This appears to be a driver issue. It is a reasonably new printer.

This printer (HP DeskJet D4160) does not yet exist in the openprinting database.  Please add it using the link on this page:
