String::Approx lets you match and substitute strings approximately. With
this you can emulate errors: typing errorrs, speling errors, closely
related vocabularies (colour color), genetic mutations (GAG ACT),
abbreviations (McScot, MacScot).

When converting this package to an SPDX format, I notice that a license of this package is not a simple "LGPL-2.0-or-later OR Artistic-1.0-Perl". I raised asked legal for help <>.
