Steps to Reproduce:
1. open photo
2. go to edit, colors
3. change exposure slider
4. change shadows slider (usually it needs more than one change, try clicking or sliding continuously for a while)

Actual results:
gnome-photos crashes

Expected results:
gnome-photos doesn't crash

Proposed as a Blocker for 38-final by Fedora user lbrabec using the blocker tracking app because:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_application_functionality

This violates the Default Application functionality criterion.
