Description of problem:

The build plasma-discover-5.27.4-2 fixes a few problems:

- Can't Install UEFI DBX Update ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Fedora/comments/12cta4d/cant_install_uefi_dbx_update/ )
- Discover can't handle UEFI Secure Boot firmware updates ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466679 )
- Some HTTP requests to fwupd.org are getting blocked
- Some fwupd.org responses are redirects

Discussed during the 2023-04-10 blocker review meeting: [0]

The decision to classify this bug as an "AcceptedFreezeException (Final)" was made to have these issues fixed for the first update of a freshly-installed KDE system out of the box.
