Description Peter Robinson 2009-03-08 21:34:53 UTC
Looking at the explicit requires of libgnomeprint22 I can't see a reason for the requirement of perl in the package. There are no perl scripts in the rpm (and they would automatically add perl) and there are no scripts that are run as part of rpm install/remove. It would be great if this could be removed so perl can be removed from some of the smaller Fedora distros like OLPC

I can't see anything either, so feel free to remove that Requires.

Comment 2 Peter Robinson 2009-03-09 16:35:00 UTC
Thanks. This change has been made and built for rawhide.

Interestingly the build failed twice for no apparent reason. First time i586 failed, second time i586 passed and ppc failed. Third time lucky!

Closing as fixed.

Can we have this fixed for F-10/F-9 as well?
