Description of problem:

package-cleanup --leaves --all crashed if yum-versionlock.list contains at least one locked package.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lock package(s)
2. run package-cleanup (see example in Description)

RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded
