Description of problem:
when I start X with config created by system-setup-keyboard , keyboard doesn`t work, If I del "XkbVariant" and disable system-setup-keyboard, work ok.

1.start X with config produce by s-s-k
2.keyboard in X dont work

system-setup-keyboard produce config wich with keyboard in X doesnt work

The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:

Did you manually edit the 00-system-setup-keyboard.config? the one you posted shows cz(qwerty) but the server tries to load us(qwerty). Looks like a dupe of #661395.

Please attach your full Xorg.log file though.
