Description of problem:
There are two builds:
digikam-2.0.0-rc built with qt-4.7.3 and KDE 4.6.90
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=251991

and digikam-2.0.0 built with qt 4.8 beta1 and KDE 4.7.0
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=256199

Crashes only second build digikam-2.0.0.
So if there is no any regressions then maybe this crash related with qt 4.8.

Package qt-4.8.0-0.9.beta1.fc16, digikam-2.0.0-3.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing qt-4.8.0-0.9.beta1.fc16 digikam-2.0.0-3.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.

digikam-2.0.0-3.fc16, qt-4.8.0-0.9.beta1.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

I confirm that no digikam crash in Rawhide.
