Description of problem:
Kate crash then open Settings-Configure Kate...-Editing
but only in Russian language.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Qt: 4.8.0
KDE: 4.7.00 (4.7.0)
Kate: 3.7.0

kate-4.7.0-2.fc16.i686

How reproducible:
Always.Just going to that menu.

In console:

$ kate

That seems to be the same as the mysterious bug #726979 we couldn't reproduce anymore…

Do you get a stack backtrace from DrKonqi?

Actually I'm fairly sure this is a duplicate. If you have a backtrace, please add it to bug #726979 (which I reopened).
