Two issues (not specific to this one package though):
- /usr/ii686,x86_64}-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib/cmake/ is not owned by any package from what I see, perhaps mingw-filesystem should own it?
- Some debug files are not removed from the main package (so they appear both in the debuginfo package as well as in the main package), specifically
/usr/{i686,x86_64}-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/share/qt5/qml/*/*.dll.debug

The /usr/{i686,x86_64}-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib/cmake/ ownership issue is something which needs to be handled by mingw-filesystem. I've got a patch ready for this which will be pushed to rawhide soon
