Still shown in English, an excess space between Chinese characters.

Description of problem:
1. Some strings are shown in English.
2. A excess space is between "确认" and "根口令"

Tested in testday-20130411-i686.iso live image.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 system-config-rootpassword

Actual results:
"Change root password" button and password strength status are still shown in English

Expected results:
Should be shown in Simplified Chinese
That space between "确认" and "根口令 should be deleted.

They are translated in transifex. 
Hope I can fix the mistake problem 2 as long as I am approved to be a member of system-config-rootpassword translation in transifex.

I got reply from transifex that the project system-config-rootpassword is no longer active and is deleted. So what to do to make it translatable?
