Description of problem: Can't install KDE desktop in F19 due to dependency error.

It was mentioned on the test list that this was experienced with F19 Beta TC3 DVD attempting to install KDE.

Proposing as a F19 Beta Blocker because this violates the following alpha criterion:
"When doing a graphical install using the dedicated installer images, the installer must be able to install each of the release blocking desktops, as well as the minimal package set."
