Description of problem:
After install of python-pygit2, an import tells me I am missing gcc.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python-pygit2-0.23.0-0.1.fc23

How reproducible:

1. dnf install -y python-pygit2
2. python
3. import pygit2

There are a lot more dependencies needed like libgit2-devel to get just import to work.
